Order Processing

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 2 PM ET Monday-Friday leave our warehouse the same day.

  • Orders after 2 PM ET, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package leaves us.

Free Shipping Details

  • Automatically applied at checkout on qualifying carts ($75+ before tax and discounts).

  • Applies to Standard Ground service within the 48 contiguous states.

Tracking Your Order

  • Track directly from your confirmation email or log in to My Account → Orders.

  • Tracking may take up to 12 hours to display movement after the label is created.

PO Boxes & Rural Routes

  • We happily ship to PO boxes via USPS Priority. Expedited and Overnight options require a physical street address.

Signature Requirement

  • Most orders under $400 ship signature-optional. For high-value gear ($400+), a signature will be required to protect your purchase. Need flexibility? Choose “Hold at UPS Location” at checkout.

Undeliverable Packages & Address Changes

  • If an address is incorrect or incomplete, the carrier may return the package. We’ll contact you right away to correct the address and reship. Additional charges may apply for redirected shipments.

Delays & Weather Exceptions

  • Severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions can affect delivery windows. We’ll post real-time alerts at the top of our site and via email if your order is affected.
