By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You may cancel or modify your order before it ships by contacting contact@getpowerlive.com. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in U.S. Dollars and exclude sales tax, shipping, and handling unless stated. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize us (or our third‑party processor) to charge the full amount.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5.1 Domestic Shipping
We ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
5.2 Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return eligible Products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Clearance, customized, or final‑sale items are non‑returnable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the Product is defective or we made an error.

7. LIMITED WARRANTY
We warrant that our branded Products will be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or modifications. Your sole remedy is repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion. Third‑party branded Products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty only.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you.
