Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wander Campers. We want you to love your new camping gear, but if something isn’t quite right we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for orders shipped within the United States.


1. Eligibility Window

  • 30‑Day Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking) to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Holiday Extension: Orders delivered between November 15 and December 25 may be returned through January 15 of the following year.

2. Returnable & Non‑Returnable Items

Tip: If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, contact us before sending it back.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

To qualify for a full refund:

  1. Items must be new and unused—no dirt, stains, odors, or signs of wear.

  2. Original retail packaging and inserts must be intact.

  3. A copy of your receipt or order confirmation must be included.

We reserve the right to refuse or issue partial credit on items that do not meet these standards.

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Request an RMA: Email contact@getpowerlive.com or call (724) 564-2888   with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Pre‑Paid Label: We’ll email you a USPS or UPS label (continental U.S. only). For Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or freight shipments, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack your item—ideally in its original shipping carton—and drop it off within 7 days of receiving your label.

Exchange Option

Need a different size or model? Let us know when requesting your RMA. We’ll ship the replacement once the original item scans as “in‑transit.”

5. Refund Processing

  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Gift returns receive store credit.

  • Timing: Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return to inspect and process your refund. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time.

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee on most items. Oversize items (e.g., rooftop tents, kayaks) incur a 10 % fee to cover inspection and repacking.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrived damaged or develops a manufacturer’s defect within 60 days, contact us. We’ll arrange a prepaid return or connect you with the brand’s warranty department, whichever is faster.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a credit:

  1. Check your bank or card statement again.

  2. Contact your card company; posting delays vary.

  3. Still no luck? Email contact@getpowerlive.com and we’ll investigate.
